Heres some real advice, start cooking your own food, start from scracht as hard as you can (make your own pizza sauce), walk to all stores to find the best ingredients, keep your kitchen hot, start growing your own vegies and get invisted in it.

Eventually you will apreciate food way more and start being a fucking trglodyte.

Also, switch to diferent ingredients like cream chese rather than butter or mayo

But I'm down 50kg so far, 25kg left to go. In my case, I have too much pride and it's limiting my choices. Otherwise I know of ways I could fix this. It's fucking annoying to hate someone so much you sacrifice your own well-being to spite them.

There's some truth in this thread, cooking for yourself or smoking weed can certainly help, but I don't know if they're enough. Here's something that I've found. There are two things that are "risk-free" that are actually strong enough to help you in this circumstance. The first is to lay out exactly why you want to lose weight, and to do so with honesty in mind and wanting to know your own answer, rather than just writing down things that sound good. The second is mushrooms. They are powerful, freakishly so. If you attend to the first step properly, then executing the things you put to paper will become possible, and you will be able to sacrifice yourself for what you desire. Having said that, you won't be happy. You will just be strong enough to brave the suffering that not eating as much as you'd like will bring.
