Holy fuck, why did Jow Forums lead me on to believe that soya is bad for you?
I just bought a bag of roasted onions beans and the macros are unironically fucking great per 100g: -20g fat -24g carbs -42 GRAMS of protein -15g of fiber Not to mention, it's also really cheap, 200g for the cost of one white monster /sip/
Fuck the basedboy meme, you've all been had and I'm gonna go out to make it. See you later virgins.
well, that sounds good. Where did you buy the roasted onions with beans?
Colton Price

"Onions beans" always makes me kek

This is probably bait but its true , s+o+y+a protein is pretty based, Jow Forums will forever cry about "muhstrogen" tho, despite claiming you should drink galons of milk daily lmao
I want to believe isoflavones don't end up having an estrogen like behavior in the human body, because just looking at the nutrition facts of whatever onions made food and not digging balls deep in that shit seems dumb right? Please enlighten me with studies or something I really wanna know
I'm going to take the bait The problem with onions beans isn't that they don't have enough protein. Its that the protein in s o y low quality and doesn't actually help in building muscle. I don't know exactly what proteins are in s o y but and what its deficient in but that's the current theory. It's also why you don't see any bodybuilders or athletes talking about how important s o y is.
i was told s o y and other vegan methods don't have the required branch chain amino acids(BCAA) that meat does

Tbqhwufam I eat soi occasionally, I just avoid using it as my main source of protien. I am still a believer that too much of that shit will make you grow tits and buy a Nintendo Switch

What is goitrogenic food
Oliver Adams
I've been eating s+0+y mince meat(tastes great when you Cook it right and has 50g of protein per 100g) for a couple of years and had zero side effects, besides probably turbo farts if i eat a little too much
Isoflavones are called phytoestrogens because of their shape, but they're made of completely different elements than mammalian estrogen. It's like saying ethanol and methanol are both alcohols; that's technically true but it's ignoring a lot of relevant data about how they effect your physiology.
