Shit that's me. I float around 80-82. I was 85kg in January, but felt fat and weak after basically three years away from the gym and only running and swimming occasionally. Been going to the gym religiously and trying to run (around 10-12k per run) and swim (2.5-3k). I know it's a meme, but being lean is the ideal for me. I want my body to be as efficient as possible (maximum strength in a decent size package).
