a large percentage of people can look better at least with more effort. Like she said, its kinda fair to assume that people who are overweight or have unmaintained faces are worse people then the fit guy who takes care of himself 5ft away.

its easier to section people to two sides, based on whether or not they take care of themselves and make an attempt to look decent vs those who dont make any effort at all. Its the easiest and most obvious starting point you can use to judge people.

I haven't told anyone this but I've been doing push ups every morning Mon-Fri, adding 5 reps every week. My goal is to be able to do 100 push ups 5 days a week and maintain that. I'm on 90 right now so in 2 weeks I'll be at 100. I'm looking forward to that milestone but I also have an impending sense of depression as I've told none one I'm doing this so when I celebrate I'll be celebrating alone. It's a big deal for me, I started this 15 weeks ago and aside from 3 days I've been consistent. If you told me I'd be doing 90 push ups a day 16 weeks ago I'd laugh. Anyways, rolling.

Beware of the everyday push up routine.
For some , that may cause some problems with their shoulders (bad form, cause of inner shoulder - lot of time in computer)
