I'm a normie who has been to plenty naked pool parties. I mean, yeah, it's rude to literally gawk at a naked girl, but when a naked hot girl is walking around or talking to you and she's got big tits that are just out and right in front of you, it's pretty normal to get distracted and stare at them and get aroused. Kind of but not really: it was like half my friend group (at the time) that stripped down to their underwear/bras (I think only one of my guy friends went fully naked) and went and played in the ocean for a bit. Wouldn't really call it true skinny dipping but that's the closest I've been.
