It's kind of annoying to have long hair. You need to put it in a bun if you're gonna do squats, but then if you're also doing bench or something, the bun is suddenly in the way.
It's also always in the way when I train MMA or grappling.
I'm considering getting some sort of meme undercut haircut just to avoid the hassle.
