Yeah, I'm not following him down the path of drinking my own piss, but his electrolyte solution and fasting has been the key to me losing weight. I am down 65lbs in about 3 months and I'm not even taking it very serious.

Not really. I did the salt water fasting shit for over a week. Lost a lb per day after accounting for water weight, and strength didnt drop significantly. The loss in strength was no different than when I do a traditional long-term cut, except the progress was achieved in a week rather than 6-8 weeks

Fast. No seriously, don't eat anything for 48 hours and then have as big as meal as you want and you'll want a big meal. Your stomach will stretch allowing you to have bigger meals in the future.

Tbh I have better luck doing zero carb with dryfasting every weekend. Pure waterfasting was giving me heart palpitations when lifting/running even with the juice
snake juice is just electrolytes your body needs so it doesn't feel like shit when you're doing a long term fast. It's the same thing they add in IV's at hospitals .

Sure, stay a stomachlet forever but I'm telling you I can eat a fuckload in one sitting on OMAD after having done long term fasting. The stomach is an amazing organ, it can stretch and contract as it needs. Hell, I've even heard of people who've had half their stomachs cut out because of an ulcer and overtime those stretched to normal size again.
