But I can still hold an L-sit 40 seconds and a plank 2 minutes without having worked out since.

5'8.5" 185 lbs, down from 250 but i have no before pics. discovered the sticky about 3 years ago at 250 lbs and started eating less but only the past couple months have i been actually lifting. its nice to fit into pants i havent worn since 2013.

I’m going to go full cut just going to eat at maintenance and continue my routine. Love these strength gains. Might continue to bulk but only at a extra 200 cals and add a extra day of cardio. I want to get juicy bruh.

very impressive weight loss user, started from 215 myself can imagine it was some struggle to drop even more than that. definitely keep up the lifting to fill that frame out, imo the lifting is easier than the dieting.
i only lose mine when i get near 160 which i feel like is low weight even for my manlet size at least i lose a lot of strength goin that low.

Do some overhand yates rows power shrugs and some rack pulls or deadlifts, also farmers walk witg straps with some heavy ass weight. The rack pulls i do them below the knee. If you do them above the knee dont be a dork and go for 1-3rep maxes so 20+rep sets so you actually get some volume and dont bend the bars. Volume is key you can do as much as 20 working sets per week. Also sick arms dude

based neckpill, I find that heavy trap shit and less reps does better for me, unless it's shrugs, I always do CLEAN shrugs with high volume and big stretches

why the hell would you cut at that weight and physique, fuck abs. Just dont go over 20% bf and you are on the top.

As long as your sets are between 6-20 sets the only thing that matters is the number of working sets not lower then rpe 7 or 3 rir. Do whatever you feel that hits the traps and keep adding reps weight and sets. You'll grow user i believe in you. You already are big but your shoulders are overpowering your traps. Dont worry dude traps grow easily

I did a cut november and December of 2017. I lost like 20 lbs. I did mad keto and would often eat only 1000 calories a day. I would lift and do 10 minutes of cardio 2x a week though.

I always have 1 working set for each exercise that is rpe 10, never really go below rpe 8

Be careful user, going rpe 10 all the time might impaire your recovery and force you to deload earlier then planned but if you keep progressing keep doing it dude.
