Went on a +- 1500 cal a day deficit on the 16th.
Thus far I have lost approximately 10 lbs.

I have kept my lifting more or less the same but now I do cardio every day instead of just rest days.

All I eat is fruit, protein powder, and whole wheat toast.

Im going to stop in about 10 pounds time.

Is there any way I can keep the fat off but start gaining muscle again?

i already controlled for water weight. on the scale, it says im about 14 lbs lighter.

carbs+fat lead to fat gain, so choose one or the other.
carbs are insulinogenic, which is good for muscle gain, but fat helps hormone production, and testosterone is good for muscle gain.

in both cases, the smaller the caloric surplus, the easier it is not to gain fat.

Actually i don't "skip" breakfast, i simply eat it later. When im bulking im eating shortly after waking up because sometimes i might have to do some shit that will delay my next meal and i don't feel like eating a lot in one go on a bulk.
