Have you tried microloading

any of you guys managed to get orange or higher without faking your lifts? i saw yellows here and there when anons post these but i dont think ive ever seen exceptional+

Start doing mobility exercises like yoga.

Im a purple-blue man, i have been lifting for a month and been upping the weight every session but im still a dyel.

You're on Jow Forums, user. No matter how much you lift, you'll always be DYEL here.

there are some posting whole body exceptional+ in every symmetricstrength thread, but you never know if its just troll or legit
one guy always posts full body world class and calls everyone else weaklings lol

Lucky you I'm currently a 135 pounds 18 yr old skelly who's all purple and blue. But to be fair I've only started working out and I need to be more consistent. Keep up the hard work and it will come user. We're all gonna make it

I hate young people with hope

working as intended brahs, as per description on that website you are only supposed to reach intermediate after like a year of lifting

This is now a symmetric strength thread

180lb
425/345/525/190 S/B/D/OHP
10 Pullups + 50lb

>Be me
>Drop from 340lbs to 180lbs
Everything is meh except for calves. Calves are fucking elite. Now I look like this guy: youtu.be/jpWXpRy_6oI

Why wouldn't I have hope?

I'm gonna be green soon, tho.

This, desu. I took about a year to get here, though I wasn't paying very close attention to my diet/training for half that.

True I just saw that a little bit ago when looking over the page.

Hopefully not. I believe we can always have hope. You just gotta keep moving forward keep surviving. If you really don't have any hope maybe you need to talk to a therapist user or maybe just your friends. Get out and do stuff and experience life.

I'm not sure why my spinal erectors or whatever are so weak.

We should blanda up. With my quads and chest, and your shoulders and back, we'll be pushing Green in no time.

squatlets unite

how is it possible that in fucking 2019 people still ask this shit?

>you are only supposed to reach intermediate after like a year of lifting
>tfw reached full intermediate in a month of lifting

the power of CHAD runs through me

>this is what casual lifting over 4 years has gotten me
h-hehe any day now boys ill be bluman no more hhaha...

but in all seriousness i only have my self to blame and my sleeping issues for not being further along

>tfw I’ve gotten weaker

I really should start squatting. Not that i wouldn't hate it, but I fear for my body, if I would continue deadlifting without balancing the legs with squats

Jesus Christ user how tall and heavy are you?

>t-rex mode

Has anyone actually paid for the app, is it worth it?

90kg
200 squat
80x5 dips
45x10 weighted pullups

Or you were just normie Jow Forums already.
I played football in high school and then did time in the Army and my starting point was intermediate; it's not unreasonable to be there already if you lived an active life.

>5'10
>309lbs
pls no bully

yes, exactly, 1 year timeframe to reach intermediate is for people that start from untrained level
I too were over that level before first time in the gym just from doing shit like push ups and swimming

height?

>I know how that goes bro
>tfw 6' 306
Due to body composition, I will never look Jow Forums

5'9" (175.5cm)

wtf kind of workout are you doing?

You could just, you know, lose weight.

Yah pretry much lmao. I'm self aware though.

Nah, I've got farmer genetics. Happy to look like a bear. Though i have lost almost 25 lbs in the past month and am hoping to get a full 75

Two words: ste roids.

was a 1 plate ohp supposed to be hard?
>(1/1/2/3)x5 1 month in btw

shhh let me enjoy myself

pullups/dips almost every day
squat/deadlift once a week

Attached: wow!.png (995x820, 402K)

imo 1 plate OHP is usually the first to be reached
when you reach the others depends on your proportions

eg I reached 2 plate bench faster than 4 plate DL cause I have good leverages for bench

>mfw someone mentions 1 plate ohp is ussually the first to be reached

Attached: image.png (527x502, 155K)

aye, I've reached 1pl8 ohp first too but I realise its different for everyone, just last thread some guy was arguing that ohp is the most difficult and squat is the easiest while I have 1pl8 ohp for reps and cant do 3pl8 squat for even 1 yet

what do for bench bros

Attached: 2019-02-16 12_49_01-Window.png (619x778, 368K)

>tfw purpleman

Attached: 1526931690886.png (463x444, 248K)

bench more, 2-3x/week

we're all gonna make it yellow

BRO do you even push?

Bench everyday unironically

Do I push what? I'm not sure what you mean sorry. I'm very new to excersizes besides crunches planks push ups and pullups. Anything besides body weight is new to me. And I haven't even done that consistently.

>A bit over a month of lifting

Attached: subhuman.png (911x853, 446K)

Took me 3 months focusing on ohp to get 1rm press after i benched 2pl8

Pink is untrained, that is actually the baby for.of the benchbro

> tfw skinnyfat for 28 years
> tfw fuckarounditis for 4 months
> tfw Greyskull for a month
> tfw no more pink man
> tfw shoulders are surprisingly blue

I know it’s shit compared to everyone else here but I’m really proud of myself.

Attached: 2619.png (923x915, 300K)

nice, bodyweight?

Lower 170s.

I hit 1rm 1plate OHP in my first month
I think I'll probably hit 2plate bench 1rm around my third month

lurk moar
eat moar
lift moar

275 front squat/450 deadlift/240 bench/165 ohp

@ 160 lbs

Attached: ss+(2019-02-17+at+04.09.51).jpg (680x806, 116K)

forgot 170 pendlay also but that's just the most recent that i remember doing

just started
I think I've got some work to do

Attached: SYMMETRIC STRENGTH.png (1280x1024, 478K)

just bench and ohp more, literally adding volume at that level makes you better at the lift

wrong board

Mine looks better after 2months of training, come on man...

eat more lift more

im pretty curious what you look like with lats and biceps way out or proportion to everything else

>windows
gross

not even got big biceps tho thats the thing
;(
phone's broken or I'd take a pic

what should I use?

found pic

BSD
gnu/linux if you are a normie

Not that user, but trust me when I say that you will look back on this thread one day and realize that he was right.

I do though bench and ohp both lifts 3 times a week
once try for a new 1x5 PR, other 90% of my 1x5PR I do 5x5 and the last workout either conditioning like paused bench or high reps like 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Its going up very slowly though like maybe 2.5 kg increase in 2 weeks
