Legs have been lagging behind for the longest time but I've started training way more consistently and cleaned up my diet. Still room for improvement though.

3x5 and progressive overload is the answer to every plateau early on. Its always worked for me when I've gotten stuck.

Something that helped out my bench, when i was stalling from my regular 5x5 routine, was nSuns 5/3/1. There's an app for calculating weights and stuff on Android. Not sure about iPhone

started in february just hit full blue man as my chest was lagging

Its basically a non-linear progression template. has all the calcs in and everything. I basically walk around the gym with excel open on my phone though lol
I think I might just need to do more upper body accessory stuff? I would think that im eating enough based on the fact that im progressing with my squats and deads.
do you do isolated tricep movements? It can help a lot, and did for me.

Your bench is bad because you don't eat enough. A strong bench requires a big upper body, which is only possible with a significant caloric excess.

Home gym here too, do barbell hack squats and deadlifts, add some lunges and goblet squats too.
Just reached full teal man yesterday, but it depends on how you guys are estimating lifts. I'm doing 3x5s so I just put in my 3x5 set weight but for 6 reps to estimate a heaviest set. Is that good enough?

But I don't know Symmetric Strength is weird anyways sometimes.

I can do the first but can't do the 30kg x 5.
20kg x 5 is already quite difficult for me desu.
