Between slow and fast metabolism is difference about 300-400kcal. Just saying.

I have 4 full meals a day of rice, potatoes, chicken breast, peas and carrots aswell as snacks such as chocolate/chips/fruit/sweets and this is not including breakfast which i have 3 eggs. If anything i actually exceed 4500 calories some days

Definitely on the smaller size but still aesthetic enough for normies. Mid section is fine and decent v taper. Arms/shoulders/traps need work though

And "snacks such as" is not a measurement.

Your 4 full meals are probably 600 calories a piece at best, and your three egg breakfast is only 240 calories.

You sound far under 4500 to me.
