I have 4 full meals a day of rice, potatoes, chicken breast, peas and carrots aswell as snacks such as chocolate/chips/fruit/sweets and this is not including breakfast which i have 3 eggs. If anything i actually exceed 4500 calories some days

500g of ground beef (cook it with coconut oil or lard) with 2 raw red onions (or 200g) (optional, for estrogen lowering), 1 tbsp of turmeric (10g) (for manganese, this is really important), and 9 hard boiled eggs (all eggs 50g), this is the first meal, although you can split it in two if you want

300g of chicken breast (again, coconut oil or lard to avoid losing water soluble micros)

300 mL of coconut water with two tablespoons of coconut oil (drink fast, or else the oil will harden depending on room temperature) (you can change the coconut water for bacon and cucumbers but I need to research more on this)

1 bell pepper (yellow or red for vitamin C, but green is better because of B1 vitamin)

18 raw eggs, spliting in 6 eggs three times a day (every 2 hours or so to let them digest) works really well for me, if you're not used to the taste mix the eggs with some lime juice or raw milk

This amounts to more or less 3200 kcal, but you should fast at least 48 hours every week for health purposes (I think that fasting for 72 hours weekly could work too but Im still testing it)

This diet covers every single vitamin and mineral requirement out there, if you don't like low carb diets for some reason, I suggest adding oranges or bananas for more thiamin

If you add 3 oranges for example this diet will give you almost 3500 kcal, and it's still a respectable amount of food, how many GRAMS of rice, potatoes and chicken are you eating every meal? The way you described it sounds like you eat a normal lunch

11 oclock- rice, 4 chicken breast, peas, potato wedges, carrots, broccoli with garlic bread or sometimes soup
2 oclock- same as above
5 oclock- same as above
8 oclock- same as above

This is not including the many snacks i have. I go through about 2-3 nutellas a week and peanut butter, chips, chocolate, sweets, dairy, fruits and high calorie smoothies.

I do mainly training in long distancd running though i still shouldent take this long to gain weight and i dont want to look like mo farrah.

That was me from like 15-25, body looked a lot like yours too. Just keep lifting and focus on strength. Eventually your metabolism will slow down and you will start putting on mass really easily if you keep lifting. At 25 I was 6'4" 180lbs 10%bf, then I suddenly started gaining lean mass without changing anything until my body hit a new "equilibrium" at 210lbs 10bf at about 30. I'm not quite as big as I would like to be, but it's really easy for me to maintain this.
