you need to fix your diet, not incorporate cardio. At that weight you can eat 2 large meals and still lose weight quickly

Tardy pounds a month? Or are we talking 5?

I'm almost positive I have snapping hip syndrome now
I think I got it last year doing SS squats
I've tried resting, I quit going to the gym completely for about half a year, but the snapping feeling and sound never went away
there's no pain but I still want it to go away
How do I fix this? Do I really just do the stretches in the videos I look up?

lol you have to be a real fat piece of shit to be able to lose more than 10 a month, and even 10 a month is a fucking lot. The average person can lose 4-6.5 a month depending on bodyfat and activity levels.

at your weight you'd probably be able to lose at-least 7-8 a month and that's pretty fucking speedy progress.

medical advice needs to be given by a doctor, not a weeb on Jow Forums.

Is doing a keto diet safe for an obese (around 85kg 155cm) elderly (68 years old) woman with high blood pressure?
Im obese too (23 years old male, 110kg 178cm) and i was thinking of doing keto with my mother so we can support each other in it, should i pursue this or can keto be bad for someone with a body like hers?
