What is the least sketchy place to get phenibut?

>How much cardio do I need to do a day to lose weight? I'm 340 6'2

P.please help

you need to fix your diet, not incorporate cardio. At that weight you can eat 2 large meals and still lose weight quickly

Tardy pounds a month? Or are we talking 5?

I'm almost positive I have snapping hip syndrome now
I think I got it last year doing SS squats
I've tried resting, I quit going to the gym completely for about half a year, but the snapping feeling and sound never went away
there's no pain but I still want it to go away
How do I fix this? Do I really just do the stretches in the videos I look up?

lol you have to be a real fat piece of shit to be able to lose more than 10 a month, and even 10 a month is a fucking lot. The average person can lose 4-6.5 a month depending on bodyfat and activity levels.

at your weight you'd probably be able to lose at-least 7-8 a month and that's pretty fucking speedy progress.

medical advice needs to be given by a doctor, not a weeb on Jow Forums.

How long does it take for the sugar to be absorbed by the blood?
(I don't know if my question is correct lol)

Attached: user_1533585604.jpg (500x350, 26K)

Is doing a keto diet safe for an obese (around 85kg 155cm) elderly (68 years old) woman with high blood pressure?
Im obese too (23 years old male, 110kg 178cm) and i was thinking of doing keto with my mother so we can support each other in it, should i pursue this or can keto be bad for someone with a body like hers?

about the same as any other food. By the time it breaks down enough to be given to the bloodstream you'll probably be hungry again.

that'd be a question for a doctor and DESU i'd just recommend a normal diet for someone like her. Older folks are a lot more sensitive to smaller changes in whatever.

this user is wrong. sugar is absorbed much faster than proteins or fats. it requires much less processing gastrointestinally. If you want to feel fuller longer, eat fiber, which your body tries to process for a while and hence keeps you from being hungry, and real protein, not some diluted single-amino-acid protein shakes.

Thanks for the advice user

Is there any good fitness program that does not involve bench press?
My shoulder is injured (can't do any chest exercise, including push ups, or else my shoulders hurts terrinly), I got no money to see the physio, and leddit asked me to fuck myself, as they don't allow "asking advice about injuries".

not even joking, you probably need physical therapy. The longer you drag your feet to deal with it the worse it's going to get.

t. got a shoulder injury last year and waited a month to see a doctor delaying my treatment for a month and a half.

I got a break from my diet after 3 weeks of eating clean and ate 2 slices of birthday cake real fast, got sick because of it and puked and I gave up eating more. The insulin is probably already there right?

Will I kill my gains if I sleep only 6 hours?

I've delayed seeing a doctor for a year. How fucked am I?
I can still DL 3.5 pl8s fine, but some specific things (also, carrying my bag for long time) hurt a lot.

havent been to a dentist in like 10 years and have a toothache. whats the worst case scenario i should prepare for?

Root canal. Though my CDA gf told me that root canals are just a scam to keep getting money from you before doing an extraction.

my teeth are sort of opaque-ish or clearish around the outter edges
will teeth whitening toothpaste work for me? Will anything work for me? My teeth are like dull yellowish

Dull yellowish sounds like you have really thick, resistant enamel. Clear sounds like you've worn it off in some areas.

Bro, you've had physical pain for a fucking year and you chose to not see a doctor?

idk how fucked you are but that is some grade-A class idiocy. What good is saving money by not seeing a doctor if you can't fucking use your body?

it won't help you, that's for sure.

I went to take a pic of my teeth and they are a lot more yellow than I remember
But you can see the clear-ish thing I was talking about on the left and right of my front two teeth
Am I fucked in terms of whitening my teeth?

> Bro, you've had physical pain for a fucking year and you chose to not see a doctor?
Tbh, it's not a money thing anymore. I though the pain would go away, but I just kept on waiting, and eventually the dread became too large.
I will book an appointment next week

good call. if it's truly fucked you may need surgery, doctor might suggest an MRI. Either way I can basically guarantee you'll need to do physical therapy.

Has anyone here done German Volume Training? Is it any good or is it a shit program?

Attached: d0b.jpg (462x579, 19K)

Thanks for the advice. Have a last (You).

bro your shits fucked. listen to your doc and inevitable physical therapist. I'd stay away from all barbell pushes now that you snapped your shit up. You can injure yourself as easily grinding out reps on bodyweight exercises as you can with a barbell. I kept getting recurring tendonitis from benching so once I switched to only overhead + bw pushes I'm good. your shits probably way more fucked than I ever was

just guessing you watched hampus botvid's story today?

I made a PPL routine that has zero exercises that hurt me (by basically removing all painful exercises).
Do you think I can keep training that before I get my appointment?
I've been doing that for a year anyways.

I have no idea who that is.
I saw someone recommend German Volume with a Twist to get big shoulders the other day, so I went back and looked up the original GVT.

What kind of shorts would you recommend wearing to the gym?

Basketball

Apparently I've been living with a partially torn ACL for almost 5 years without knowing about it. Going to the doctor's next week but in the meantime should I stop doing jogging and cycling? It gives me pain sometimes, but like I said I've been running and cycling on this thing for half a decade so I assume the damage is already done.

The dark web I guess. I know a guy who gets his shit delivered easy as Amazon.

I'm eating a lot and working out 3 times a week: I'm seeing gains but also a belly, what do? I'm too skelly to cut. I would say my diet is healthy I don't eat fast foods or sugar at all.

Why does my condom keep unrolling off my dick/getting sucked into my foreskin?

I've only used a condom once and that's what happened ever since then my gf has been on the pill so I've never had to learn

Attached: Screenshot_20190506-000203.png (2039x2048, 2.73M)

what do you lads do once the rhythm of going to the gym starts getting old/annoying? Switch things up? Take a break? Just push through?

I love making gains but the dumb shit that goes on in the gym really gets infuriating at times...

condom is too loose, buy a smaller one

Whitening strip helps.

>What are some good preworks?
>Is the rowing machine worthwhile cardio?

Is there a decent routine I could do whilst still being this active at work?

I'm dry fasting with my muslim friend to prove that he's just bitching.

The hunger is fine but I'm beyond fucking thirsty what the fuck. I chugged down 2L before bed and woke up like a drought.
Took salt and potassium too but still.

Just do any decent meta lifting program and up your calories and ensure 8h sleep a night

Is it normal to get lightheaded and dizzy doing squats? I'm only doing 1.5 plates and I get a huge head rush and some dizziness after finishing a set.

What do you guys think about my meals ?

>morning
250g oatmeal with 50g protein yogurt and 1 banana
>go to gym
>after gym
2 bread slices with peanut butter and banana
>lunch
Pasta with meatballs or rice with beans and corn and meatballs
>dinner
cooked frozen veggies with 2-3 chicken drum sticks

Are my growth plates fused? this is the knee.

How effective are isometrics in building muscle? I get its probably not as good as weights but will it be enough if I cant use the gym for a bit?

How do I cool my jets without fapping?
Haven't had sex in about nine months.
Met a nice girl who just moved to my city and was showing her around.
Got onto one street that was packed with people so I grabbed her hand to lead her along.
Instantly got a boner and had to awkwardly adjust myself.

Don't want to fap because I'm more confident and happy when I don't but don't want to be getting an obvious boner every time I interact with the girl

What routine would be good if I want to combine lifting (3-4x per week) and cardio (2-3x per week)?

How do y'all deload?

>Posting spoilers for a movie everyone's already seen
I love when people do this and think they're some sort of badass. If you wanted to spoil it, you had to do it the weekend of it's release you fucking tards. You're not savages, and Jake Paul is disappointed in you

Is the correct abbreviation for 3 sets of 6 reps 3x6, or is it 6x3?

What is the exact distinction between negro and negrOID?

Best online supplement store that ships in EU?

will citrulline make my dick more sensitive?

Is rock climbing legit for grip strength and back gains? There's a rock climbing gym by my house and I'm debating buying a membership

3x6

From my experience yes, fapping with citrulline is god tier.
Idk about sex but I've never got laid haha

How about some cardio on three of your off days?

Attached: 15.png (1073x1523, 353K)

I'm doing SL5x5 since January, I probably can get a few more kgs from this program, but especially so many heavy squats are really tiresome by now - can I change the program or do I lose too much of my beginner gains by switching to a weekly lp routine?

Seems pretty based and dare I say redpilled

What's the fastest path back into shape after letting yourself go to dogshit? Specifically, nutrition and routine. Blogpost incoming...

This is a before and after of taking 1 yr off due to torn hamstring and herniated disc. Left is April 2018, right is today. Just this past month I've healed enough to sleep through the night, drive a car, walk ~1 mile. And importantly, I can lift (very carefully.)

6'5", 210 lbs in both pics. Guessing 12% in first, 17% in second. So LBM of 185, to 175. Lifts are all abysmal; for example, bench was 225, 3x5. Now it's 175, 3x5.

Current plan is to eat at 210lb maintenance for first 3 months, then cut down to ~12%, then hang around there until disc is fully healed (1 more year from today). I'm on 6 day PPL because that's what I was on before. And also i can't load the spine w any weight, so a lot of key strength exercises are out for at least another year--deadlift, weighted squats, OHP.

Attached: PicsArt_05-06-09.17.29.png (2048x1536, 2.86M)

Yep, I get this too. Worsens if I'm out of cardio shape. No biggie, just don't fall over.

If u get it in normal day to day stuff, can be a sign of low iron

Take a week off and just casually play a few sports during. You should be aching to lift after a week

bump

I use XXL Nutrition. Good stuff, and their own brand has come up pretty nicely in independent labtests some years ago.

I got a fucking hernia from lifting...

What should I expect? How much $ to fix? How much pain? How long until I can get back to the gym again?

Attached: inguinal-hernia.jpg (1000x631, 287K)

Ask your fucking doctor

I'm Unemployed, uninsured...all the "un"s. It's gonna be a while until I get to a doc.

Sorry user, I hope you get insurance somehow eventually. I can't imagine not having insurance.

What's a good way of getting juicy and defined abs? My abs are barely visible and it's annoying me.
Stats
>60 Millitary press
>97,5kg bench press
>97,5 barbell row
>125kg squat
>160kg deadlift
>177cm height
>70kg bodyweight
>~12% body fat
I rarely train core directly and if I do I plank. About 4x2 minutes with no added weight. Sometimes I also do weighted pullups. Do I just lack direct core exercises? If so, which ones are good and how much volume? Did some ab wheels and vacuums today.

Attached: B6H9bJ1CEAA0EYz.jpg (540x436, 32K)

High rep, unweighted chinups
(weighed) Hanging leg raises 3x8
ab wheels

Cutting and am probably having 400 - 700 mg caffeine daily, how much am I fucking my shit up?

How many sets and reps should I do for bicep curls? Right now I do 3x10. Would 3x8 or 5x5 be better?

Im going to the gym for the first time in just over a year. What can I do to prepare myself for lifting a few weeks down the line?

>tfw 29 year old virgin
>still manage to get mono

is this bad? should i still lift?

How do I start going to the gym and not look like a complete dumbass Jow Forums? I want to start lifting but I dont have anyone to teach me proper form.

There's this thing called the internet and some sites have videos that will show you proper form

Will doing planks help with my sit ups? I can barely do 40 sit ups right now.

just do squats if you wanna work your core

Alright will try, thanks bro

How do our balls not get crushed or twisted up in our massive thighs? like when you start squatting 5x your body weight and your thighs and legs get massive, how do they not get crushed or get torsion when you flex your leg muscles?

My GF wants to start with excersise but doesnt want to go in the gym, so my question:
What kind of sport gives the best female physique that isnt lifting?

Any tips for lowering body fat under 16%? I weight everything I eat and only eat real food but I am having a real hard time getting rid of abdominal fat/love handles. I'm eating at about 500 caloried less than maintenance but the weight is dropping really slowly and my waist size is not going any lower (31 inches)

Stats
> 5'7" manlet
> 140 lbs
> eating 1400 calories daily

Lock in a macro ratio, CICO w a set macro ratio is more controlled.

Go down by an additional 200 calories per day and see where you're at after a couple weeks

snapped my hip deadlifting 60 lbs after doing it for a year my hip randomly starts popping and hurting for a few seconds in the middle of each rep. started last gym sesh. i almost immediately stopped, the pain wasnt bad but it was noticeable so i stopped. I was still able to squat after with no problems.

i just talked to my doctor he says give it a couple weeks to heal up and come in if its still bothering me, what is a routine i can do that will allow it to heal?
normal routine for me is full body
pullup&dips assisted>sit ups>squats>deadlift>latpulls>curls>ohp>bench>cardio(jogging)
can i keep this routine but cut out squat/deadlift/situps to let my hip heal?

Should I lift everyday as long as the group of muscles i focus on isn't sore?

What's a good way of getting rid of muscle pain from workout, my arms have been really hurting for the last 2 days.

lots of people do it
dont go more than a few days without working those muscles, but take a few rest days if you have to, the thing is its only sore the first one or two times you work it

Need to gitgud at sit ups though.

how much rice should each meal be? 1/2 cup or a full cup?

How slow is arm progress for girls? I’ve been using 8kg dumbbells, so 16kg in total. But it feels heavy as hell, my ears pop. If I continue with this weight will it feel manageable at some point?

Is the Jow Forums GSLP fine for a beginner? 6’3” 180 with 85 OHP, 135 bench, 175 squat, and 230 deadlift.

I'm on a cut and want to start a full body program, is it a good idea to switch to madcow on a deficit?

sounds about right, though I'd add some greens like broccoli or arugula somewhere in there, just for general gut health.

I don't really know what you mean, you can follow any program and just jog on your rest days from the gym, or do whatever. I just wake up early and go for a short run before I do anything else, and lift 4 times a week generally.
