It`s 07:15 here. I just had two cups of coffee. I plan to consume 800g turkey with onions and mushrooms before my shift is starting 13:00. When I get home I´m going to blend some strawberries in 500g quark and that`s it. I´m cutting.

I may or may not have had a giant burger with a bowl of chips smothered in gravy and some banana bread with a black coffee.
