Do both yesterday's and today's workouts in one gym visit. Then feel like your muscles are tearing after you're 3/4 done but keep going because you're autistic and won't be able to forget you missed part of your routine for weeks if not months.
Do both tomorrow, it's your punishment. Maybe try upper/lower routine if your only working each group once a week. More forgiving if life shit comes up.
