I don't know lad, metka or steak tartare are god tier foods. Raw meat has a really nice taste and texture.

Medium rare, which is simultaneously the cheapest and safest you'll get here
I prefer paying 20% less for "unsafe" meat that is cooked to 145F than paying a premium to eat it raw. I'd rather spend the 20% on tangible assets that don't get digested and lost through my intestines
