Do you mean Slovencina, user?
Czeszczyzna for me
Id go with Slovenian, since Slovenia is almost as progressive as we are.
Well I guess it depends on which languages you know beforehand.
If it's slovak, both might be as easy, although slovaks may very well have been confronted with czech language.
If its serbian, well I guess it's slovene.
Both have their difficulties, I guess for me the řřřřř is what put me off czech language, and as for slovene, the three grammatical numbers + the three grammatical genders + the six grammatical cases make humongous combinations to learn.
Hellooo
It's me
For me its czech
Cлoвeншчинa
i already know slovakian just by knowing croatian
so, slovakian
>slovakian
So czech or slovene ?
I understand barely any Czech but I've understood Slovene since I was a little kid
For a Ruskie? I don't know, you'd know better.
In truth, the Urals Germans of Russia should have no problems understanding Windish.
do you understand Slovenian?
My German literature teacher at uni was sooo dumb that he said ‘slovekia’ I had no idea which of them he tried to say
written yes
spoken not really
How many words do you understand from this
Kuga s mә glih kәr reku, ti kurba mәjhna? Jest tә puvem, de sәm zvežban holcar pa de sәm biu že doskat zravәn, k sej kramper pubirou; saj 300 gajb ga mam že nabranga. i understand everything, but i know the english original so it's a bad example
i remember when a slovenian user posted that poem about the Kacinajg Hill, it took me 20 minutes to decypher it
It's not a direct copy of the Navy seal pasta so it's surprising.
I'd post more but all I have is Kajkavian pastas.
Balkanpeak writing looks to me like slav text that was ran 10 times through autism simulator and just gives me headache. I think distance between balkan and west slav languages is the greatest you can get in slav. Even russian is quite intelligible if you can read cyrilic
ok, i thought it was, so i didn't go further than the first sentence. i'll give you a more detailed analisys
Russkie devki takie kurvy, pizdec prosto. Nu počemu nam ne dostalis' normalnyje devuški?
Slovene is actually supposed to be right in-between West and South Slavic languages because the first wave of migration came from Moravia and there was a dialect continuum until the Hungarians cut us off, at which point there was more connection to the south Slavs.
Also, the pasta is in a pretty strong Upper Carniolan dialect, there's barely any similarity to standard Slovene.
I read one line of your text and my brain just gave up. All slavs can communicate in spoken language tho
You really think that text would be any easier if spoken? And to be honest, I've listened to some examples of Czech where I didn't understand anything beyond a few disconnected words.
Kuga - i learned on Jow Forums that it means "what"
s mә reku - si mi rekao - completely understandable
glih kәr - upravo sada - right now?
ti kurba mәjhna - kurba instead of kurva is an archaic word, still used in some phrases, mәjhna is really deformed, i don't know would i have guessed it without context
Jest tә - da ti - let me?
puvem, - say, i know because of kajkavian
de sәm zvežban - da sam izvježban - completely understandable
holcar - no idea
pa de sәm biu že doskat zravәn, - if i wasn't clear enough? (i'm not sure)
k sej kramper pubirou; saj 300 gajb ga mam že nabranga. - somethin something collect potatoes, and i have 300 crates of them?
Drva znam cepәt z eno ruko, - drva znam cijepati s jednom rukom - completely understandable
traktor uhkә pa u miže furam. - you do something with the tractor, and go(furati) somewhere
Tuko tem žvajznu, de teu du Buhina pa nazaj udnesvә, vrjem mә. - i'm gonna hit you so hard that youll get blown from buhin and back, (believe me?)

Ščijem pu grobovәh tojga roda, - i piss on your families graveyards?
ungavәm tә use babe u držin pa use drva tәm ud bajte udnesu. Suvata nәjt u cvet pride pa mlek nәj set skisa. - something about trees and flowers.
Ti nis nәč u primerjau z mano. -you are nothin compared to me?

Frderbou tem preh, kokr uhkә Učenәš zmolәš. i will do *something* as easy as the praying the lord's prayer
btw, what the hell does "pa" mean??
>first wave of migration came from Moravia and there was a dialect continuum
how many waves were there?
our historians literally have no idea did the Croat tribe come trough Austria, the Pannonian or Wallachian plan. also they don't know did we come in 7th, 8th or 9th century and were there more slavic migrations into croatia or just one. dog bless middle ages.

Jest tә - jaz ti (Jaz ti povem - I tell you)
holcar - logger (from German Holzer)
pa de sәm biu že doskat zravәn k sej kramper pubirou - I've taken part in potato harvesting on many occasions (literally "I've been around for potato harvest on many occasions)

Colloquially, it can be used for "and". In the other meaning that's used in standard Slovene as well, it's impossible to translate.
>Kaj pa delaš? - What are you doing?
>kaj pa to? - What about this?
I don't know how many there were but tribes migrated both from the northeast, from Moravia and across Pannonia with the other south Slavic tribes.
>Tuko tem žvajznu, de teu du Buhina pa nazaj udnesvә, vrjem mә.
that one immediately reminded me of
youtube.com
Czech is pretty easy I learned it as a kid
Cool
Not really. He posts in some meme dialect. Some normal Croatian from wiki:
