The winner also depends on what the objective is; if the objective is destruction, US wins easy beacuse 80% of the ressources of red are densely stacked together in small west european countries which the US can easily carpet bomb.
If the objective is occupation and gains of territory or strategic points, then red wins easy simply because they can do what we did in world war 2 and send more shitskins and child soldiers into battle than the US army has bullets.
