It's mostly true, warsaw earns more than rest of the country so a lot of people make more than 500 eur. I'm 24 single and currently on track to buy my first property hopefully before end of the year, I save almost everything because I have no hobbies or anything that would interest me at this time, so for now I'm investing my money until I figure out what I want to do with my life.

Now that you mention it actually my company does hire people who speak only spanish and english but you gotta have IT background to get hired. But truth be told they were only hired because my manager is a fucking moron and now he refuses to admit his mistakes so they stay the money here isn't bad but they never use spanish it's a totally useless skill in this job.

I actually know teleperformance as a company that's scary the place is apparently like a work camp it has really bad reputation here, I believe one of the spanish guys used to work there and he hated that job. IT background is work experience mostly, university helps but it's only a tiny fraction in my experience. My job is pretty easy yes, it's just that volume of workhours is high and 24/7 shift system really takes a toll on me.

I used to work 84 hours as a security guard, sometimes the guy from the other shift didn't came, so I was there for 36 hours in a row.
