They're there. You just don't see them because they only extort and terrorise their own people and the victims don't snitch. Chinese mafia/triads are all over the world.

Ps: Not that germans are not criminal, but since we outsourced out lower class Jobs mostly to immigrants they are the prime recruits. Also they are The most likely to not respect mainstream culture by having their own. Admittedly we also have neonazi settlers etc, but there are a Lot fewer.

What settlers?

Nazis move to some rural areas and try to take over small failing villages by moving there in groups. They try to be social and do community Projekts and most try to raise many children. The groups I know of are peacefull except for their ideology and try to create change by just multiplying their ideas via offspring. Only know about this in north Germany.
