If he puts a bit of weight on the bar every week while lifting 3-5x8-15 he will get stronger and put on mass.
That's a fact.
He'll put on more mass then if he simply did bare bones strength training.

being able to bench 225 for 2 reps is no where comparable to being able to do 180 for 12 reps. Raw lift number isn't the only thing that matters. You can hit 1/2/3/4 for 1 rep and look dyel as fuck.
I have heavy AND light days to hit every type of muscle fiber sooo

OP keep cutting and lean bulk when u get decent visibility on your abs and try to keep them. Keep lifting how you are, your routine looks good
