the exercises are fine i suspect though that you arent progressively increasing the weigh as times goes on. That and maybe you arent lifting to failure? Do that see if you start getting stronger as well as bigger then its time to cut

being able to bench 225 for 2 reps is no where comparable to being able to do 180 for 12 reps. Raw lift number isn't the only thing that matters. You can hit 1/2/3/4 for 1 rep and look dyel as fuck.
