>not eating raw potatoes like they're apples

I wonder what's the reason for that.
From my perspective, hypertension comes from shitty diet and lifestyle. I was diagnosed with "genetic" hypertension (was shooting up to 160, put on medication) but now, after exercise, proper nutrition and meditation I measure a stable 120/60 on the regular without any drugs.
Also I've noticed (at least with myself) that if you think that you have high pressure, it will rise. All about your mindset.
All in all, I think that the rest of your diet is in check, eating boiled or steamed potatoes (even daily) shouldn't be a problem.

I don't like the sweet, carrot-y taste senpai

They make u bloat

Sweet potatoes have more fiber, micro nutrients and taste better though

That is not 200kcal

1 large potato has 350 calories u dweeb

Lmao, do you not know thst sweet potatoes are a different kind of tuber? You think they just take potatoes and add sugar to them?
I dont understand. This is some next level bait
