Are you flexing? I am 6'1 200 lbs and I know I'm about 22% from a dexa scan, and I look fatter than you when I'm not flexing so I would say you're more in the 18%-20% range than 20%-22%

Not ottermode just yet, I'd carry on lifting and eating at a surplus until you cut again. You can finally get ottermode then
Cut seems to be going well, you could do a leanbulk or a cut desu, either would go well for you, personally if you wanna see yourself lean as fuck then cut, it is winter season coming up so many a slight caloric surplus on a bulk might be good for getting in some quality muscle.

I’m 16 months in and having difficulty with the last bits of fat in my lower abdomen. I have an genetics for a 10 pack but can’t get the bottom four exposed. I have gotten my running pace up to a 7min/mile for 4 miles straight And do it twice per week. Benching 235 for 3x8 and OHP 175 for 3x8 but gave up leg day in favor of cardio. Debating var or yohimbine to finish off the fat. I feel like my chest needs work too. Biceps tape 18”. 5’11” BTW. Yes, the bed is extremely tall.

No GYM (I know lack of aesthetics), only 100 pushups and pull ups a day. Here's my progress, I do intermittent fasting (three months so far). Trust me, it works. I'm planning to go to the GYM the next month. Best wishes to all of you guys. Some of you are part of my inspiration.

Thanks. I have never had an definition there before. The fat loss has been incredibly slow - debating more extreme measures. I’m hoping to have at least some lower definition by the end of the year and get into single digits for body fat by my two-year mark in May.

Man, I have the exact same height and weight as you and lifting makes all the difference in the world. I'd say continue to lift while shedding ~10lbs of weight, then put on some muscle to replace it.
