1) Go to Norway pretending I am there for vacation (the lowest hotel etc); 2) Stab some local (try to do it so he doesn't die but is injured) and pretend I want to steal from him 3) Police busts me and I am imprisoned 4) I end up in norwegian jail that to the best of my knowledge offers higher living standards than those I have here 5) While in jail I study norwegian language and perhaps get some useful profession which I don't have because of communist education system that intentionally made me dumb and worthless 6) After I'm released maybe some norwegian lady marries me cause I'll have that allure of a dangerous man or I manage to get hired or just commit another crime before they depart me back to the pootinistan.
Its okay because committing mass murder and/or rape in Norway will only cause you to live the rest of your life in a four star hotel with an xbox.
