Why don't fat people just eat less?

Doesn't mean that they are eating a lot it can be a combination of lack of physical activity (walking included) + eating junk food

Dutch food is actually very healthy and very traditional. Also very simple and balanced.

Last century all women in schools got learned to cook easy dishes that you can make for large families. And those dishes have basically become the norm here.

It’s not about how much you eat, it’s about what you eat.

I like eating. Everyone does.

So is Swedish food. But I eat kebab, pizza and burgers like 5 times per week.

being fat is terrible for your health, makes you look and feel bad

To start with you have like a 30 variations of mashed veggies + mashed potatoes + a bit of meat lol. Which you can of course enrich with onions or bacon or a bit of mustard or whatever.
